These new and extremely well furnished cottages are of the highest standard and have been awarded a four star (self catering) rating from the Cornish Tourist Board. Additional comments by the board include, these are newly built house’s which are very well presented with good patio areas set in a super location opposite the beach

All are furnished with new furnishings which is of very good quality.

The cottages are situated next to the famous Harlyn Inn at Harlyn Bay, only yards away from what is considered to be one of the safest beach’s on the north Cornish coast.

Each cottage consists of a large lounge with two large settees ,wide screen television and a open plan dining room with fully fitted kitchen including a dishwasher, washing machine/tumble dryer , refrigerator and microwave.

Upstairs there are three bedrooms, a master bedroom with a large en-suite shower room, a double bedroom with fitted wardrobes and a single bedroom all complemented by a further family bathroom.

Outside is a private patio area and a reserved parking place.

Harlyn Bay is a beautiful sweep of golden sand sheltered by Trevose head with its dramatic cliffs, it also offers good swimming and surfing as well as catering for everyone from toddlers to anglers and cliff walkers. There are four other beautiful beaches close by within five minutes drive.

If you feel like dining out for a change (or all the while for that matter) the Harlyn Inn next door has two large restaurants serving excellent food including bar snacks, carvery and extensive a la carte menu catering for both the fish lovers and vegetarians as well as the carnivores amongst you.

In all an ideal place for all the family.

Booking Conditions.

• Booking are from 3pm on a Saturday to 10am on the following Saturday
  
  
• We will hold a booking for seven days to enable you to send your deposit
  
  
• A non refundable deposit of £100 is required with each booking and the balance is to be paid a minimum of six weeks prior to the start of the Holiday
  
  
• If a booking is made less than six weeks before the commencement of the holiday the full rent is due with the booking
  
  
• We have enclosed a compulsory cancellation insurance form which should be completed and returned with the Deposit or if paying by credit card, telephone us and we can fill it in for you
  
  
• We will send you confirmation of your deposit and the date that the balance has to be paid
