All cottages are non-smoking.
Cottages 1 - 3 sleep 5. Cottages 4 - 6 sleep 6.
Dogs are permitted in cottages 4 - 6.

Booking Conditions.

• Booking are from 3pm on a Saturday to 10am on the following Saturday
  
  
• A non refundable deposit of £100 is required with each booking and the balance is to be paid a minimum of six weeks prior to the start of the Holiday
  
  
• If a booking is made less than six weeks before the commencement of the holiday the full rent is due with the booking
  
  
• We will send a compulsory cancellation insurance form which should be completed and returned. We strongly recommend that you take this out, as no refunds will be made unless we can re-let the accommodation.
  
  
• We will send you confirmation of your deposit and the date that the balance has to be paid
